Attention eggheads: finally, there is a legit outlet for all that rock and roll trivia banging around inside your skull. Every Tuesday from now until late September, current and former members of Aerosmith, KISS, Quiet Riot, Faster Pussycat and others are serving as judges in the ultimate rock trivia challenge.

And the winner of the final throw-down scores bragging rights AND a three-day stay at the Rock ‘n’ Roll Fantasy Camp in Las Vegas hosted by Mötley Crüe’s Vince Neil, Skid Row’s Sebastian Bach, KISS’s Gene Simmons and guitarist Zakk Wylde. Concert tickets and cash are also up for grabs.

OK, now that we have your attention, you need to know there’s a catch: the weekly trivia contest – cheekily titled "Are You Smarter Than a Rock Star?” – is held in Vegas at the KISS By Monster Mini Golf amusement attraction. But still… in exchange for rock glory, the cost of an airline ticket is small potatoes, right?

Anyway, it works like this. Every Tuesday, for eight weeks, contestants compete in a rock trivia contest consisting of three 30-minute rounds containing 30 rock-related questions in each round. The first three rounds will be against fellow rock fans while the fourth round puts contestants against a real rock star.

Pretty cool, huh? OK, slow news day. But just in case you're keen… more details here.
