Oh Ted Nugent, your relentless (nay, aggressive) nuttiness makes the world a little cheerier for us workaday slobs denied the opportunity to bag big game in Alaska, be eyeballed by the U.S. Secret Service for anti-Obama remarks or go ballistic on TV reporters while the cameras roll.
For those just tuning in, Nugent has done all the above - much of it so far this year. Now it appears the so-called Motor City Madman is pushing the bizarre up another notch by holding a contest... and the prize is an actual deer skull autographed by the man hisself.
The rules for the contest, as noted by Ultimate Classic Rock, are simple. To win, all you have to do is count how many times Nugent says “Are ya kidding me?!” on episode 26-2012 of Ted Nugent Spirit of the Wild on the Outdoor Channel. The episode originally aired on March 19, but will be re-broadcast on June 18.Full information on how to enter can be found on Nugent’s website, which has a picture of the deer skull. A runner-up will receive an autographed 8×10 photo and a decal pack. The contest will end on June 25 with the winners notified a week later.Nugent, whose seminal album Cat Scratch Fever turns 35 this month (!), is known for his love of hunting, but it has sometimes gotten him in trouble. Three weeks ago, he pleaded guilty to violating Alaska and federal restrictions on bear hunting. Nugent was fined a total of $10,600, given two years probation and cannot hunt or fish in Alaska or Forest Service property for one year. He will also have to create a public service announcement about obeying hunting laws that will run on his show. Yup, can't wait for that baby to air.Need more Nuge nuttiness (and other fun stuff?) I ask to be with him in a room with no doors and windows for 24 hours, he can bring a loaded gun if necessary.

Boy, you should have seen the interview recently of this absolutely crazed and totally disallusioned guy, probably has a huge mental problem. It was mind blowing....and not in a good way.
