Remember that classic, hilarious video for Van Halen’s 1984 hit, “Hot for Teacher?” Sure you do! It had everything: a nerdy, misfit kid named Waldo, a mini-me version of the band who later turn in a soft-shoe routine, David Lee Roth as a grumpy school bus driver and, oh yes, a smokin’ hot babe as the titular teacher making all the boys in class go ga-ga.

Just in time to capitalize on Van Halen’s return to the top of the charts and to stages worldwide, the model/actress who played teacher – one Lillian Müller – has resurfaced as if to show women of the world that hot doesn’t end at age 40…or 50…or even age 60.

According to her website, the sexagenarian is an “actress, author, supermodel, inspirational speaker, spokeswoman and personal health consultant” (phew – it’s tiring just typing all that) who advocates a raw vegan organic diet, active fitness routine and an inspirational lifestyle.

Whatever she’s doing, it’s working. According to Ultimate Classic Rock (citing Yahoo), Müller is “the mother of a 21-year-old co-ed with whom she once posed in a white bikini for a photo shoot” which sounds kind of weird to me but whatever.

Müller revealed that she feared that she’d be rejected for the role of the teacher in Van Halen’s video because of her age (let’s see… if she’s 60 now, she would have been 32 when the clip was filmed in 1984. Wow, good on her).

Apparently, Müller also starred in Rod Stewart’s “Do Ya Think I’m Sexy” video, which debuted in 1978. UCR also says that the actress never hooked up with any of her co-stars; indeed she has never married.

If the Van Halen boys are thinking of casting a mature hottie in a video for their new album A Different Kind of Truth to reflect their own advanced ages, Müller would apparently be happy to oblige.

“I’m a more valuable package now than in my 30s," she says. "I still have my physical condition, and I’ve become a much wiser person. I would definitely appear in any video that would be classy and exciting.”

C’mon Van Halen – do it for the song "She's the Woman" or maybe "Honeybabysweetiedoll!"
